Ferroman has completed the first phase of a project to turn existing training materials into a structured learning path for panel operators at Outokumpu in Tornio. The initial focus has been on clearer onboarding for new operators and summer trainees.
Clearer onboarding for the RAP5 line
Led by Klaus Liljemark, the work builds on Outokumpu’s existing training materials. A new summer trainee guide is one of the first practical results, helping trainees navigate onboarding and get up to speed on the RAP5 line.
