Last week, in Turku, Finland, we all came together for our One Ferroman event at Hotel Kakola — once an infamous prison — and what a vibrant few days it was! The idea behind the event was simple: to get to know each other better and discover more about what we all do at Ferroman.
From insights into our purpose, people, and products — to a creative painting workshop where we visualized our place in Ferroman and how we can contribute to our shared goals — the energy was incredible!
This year, our team has doubled — a milestone that reflects both our growth and our ambition. With that growth comes even greater potential to drive impact. As we move forward, we remain committed to our vision:
